To conduct a remote support session, we use special software. You have to run a file called martinshelpdesk.exe. This is a program which gets your computer to connect to us, but it will only work if we are already running our side of the program and if you have typed in a matching password.|
Click Run If you get the following security warning message: "Warning: The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" Click Run to run the software without saving to your computer. |

Please right click on the red button at the top right of this screen click Save Link as... or Save Target as... You then get a Save as Dialogue box. To the right of the Save in: box you will see a drop down arrow, click this drop down arrow and the second item from the top will be Desktop. Select this one and then click the Save button on the bottom right. Now, to run the file, minimise your applications, find martinshelpdesk.exe on your desktop and double click it.
