VOIP
Computer Telephony or VoIP is a Telephone service using your broadband internet connection. VoIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol. VOIP is usually FREE between other VOIP users and at substantially low rates to telephones. At a small extra cost many VOIP services providers also offer extra facilities such as the ability for you to call a standard telephone or mobile/ cellular phone and an inbound service so that phone users can dial a number back into your VOIP service. We advise on VOIP providers for small business and home use, software and the equipment needed for all this to work. You can run concurrent VOIP services on one computer to benefit from differing rate structures. It is also possible to combine your existing phone service with your VOIP service or have your VOIP service totally replace your standard telephone service. Some of these services do not require you to have your computer switched on and can integrate a standard phone service as well.
