My laptop was very …More sluggish and way to much unnecessary data on. I had been having problems with Window updates. They could not install for the past 2 months. Martin did a complete hard drive wipe and re-installed Windows 10. He also installed programs that will sync with all my other devices. These included GoodSync and gSyncit. I had been using Google mail but now am using Microsoft Outlook. A bit of getting used to but it is much better as I can use it to get Googlemail and also my Fresher Air emails on the same program. No need to have 2 separate programs.
Martin did a remote link up, to sort out the final details and tweaks. All is running perfect now.
I had had another company to try sort out my problem but they did not understand what I needed and I still had the same problem with the laptop. A total waste of money.
