Over two sessions Martin has resolved numerous problems with his usual patience and ablomb: He transferred me from Outlook Express to Outlook and familiarised me with Outlook’s much better archiving …More system; designed a digital logo signature to the bottom of my emails; solved an error message relating to my Icybox as well as supplying a replacement one for a very reasonable price. And finally, addressed numerous annoying little niggles I had.
