Word 2007 - Toolbar disappears

If the toolbar auto hides...
Solutions
1. Double click on the Home tab menu item or any other and this will make the toolbar permanent again.
2. In the upper left-had corner of the menu ribbon, there is a tiny arrow that when you run your mouse over it will say, "Customize Quick Access Toolbar". Click on it and remove the tick from "Minimize the Ribbon".
3. Right click any of the menu tab items and remove the tick from "Minimize the Ribbon".
