We now use FreeFileSync as a backup solution when backing up to a USB device.

FreeFileSync is a folder comparison and synchronization software that creates and manages backup copies of all your important files.

Installation and setup – at £25 per device.

This is a once only setup and we show you how to perform your own regular backups.
This service is available to anyone regardless of location.
Description

1. We evaluate the type and capacity of portable storage required for your backup.
2. Either: We source and supply the portable storage and have it delivered to you directly from our supplier
   OR: You provide the storage media yourself
3. At a convenient time we ask you to plug in the portable storage and then we install the software, configure the backup and synchronisation, the automation and everything else.
4. The FreeFileSync software is free of charge and we invoice you for our time and if necessary the cost of the storage device.

GoodSync

GoodSync is used for backing up user files to external portable storage. We can supply you with a complete per computer backup solution.

4. You pay for the GoodSync Software yourself and we invoice you for our time and if necessary the cost of the storage device.

Google Drive

This is a once only setup and we setup your computer with all the settings needed to backup on an ongoing basis without need for user input.
This service is available to anyone regardless of location.

1. We evaluate the capacity of storage required for your Google Drive backup (Google Drive/ Google One) subscription.
2. At a convenient time we remotely connect to your computer and install the software, configure the backup and synchronisation, the automation and everything else.
3. You pay for the Google subscription yourself and we invoice you for our time.

On site backup – on our Gold Service package – starting at £90 per device.

This is a monthly backup onto our own portable encrypted device for secure off-site storage of your data.
This service is only available to clients in the Bristol and Bath areas of England.
Description

1. We evaluate all of you requirements.
2. We use our own backup device which remains fully encrypted so your data cannot be stolen.
3. The backup is performed once month during a visit at a mutually agreed time. No software is installed on your device/s.
4. You only pay the monthly subscription.
