Special Features
Projects
We added the ability to add edit or delete projects on the Projects page with an “on page” admin login. KGJ Price can then click an “Add a Project” icon to bring up a simple form to complete.
We used Formidable Forms Pro and created a form requesting specific information along with photos so that each project detail can be viewed in a familiar and neat layout with the relevant project information and a gallery of photos.
With some CSS styling and html coding we created the main project page to list a page summary of all the projects entered. Each project is represented with a chosen background overlaid with the project title and date, and then a brief description when hovering over with a mouse. We added code to provide animations for a better experience.
Certifications Carousel
On the Home page, near the bottom, certification images scroll across in an infinite loop. Each image is linked to a url. This was done using the Elementor editor plugin and special javascript code, so no special special software needed to be purchased.
Testimonials
The Testimonials page was developed using the Formidable Forms Pro plug-in where a client can leave a testimonial directly on the web page. The testimonial is then emailed to the web site owner who can approve it from within a link in that email. After approval it is automatically listed live on the web page inside pre-formatted parameters so that it groups nicely with other testimonials.
