  • Martin’s HelpDesk can refuse a client application without explanation.
  • Martin’s HelpDesk has the right to cancel a subscription or advise on an upgrade at its sole discretion.

As a technophobe pensioner I am almost too embarrassed to contact Martin but he is so great at putting me at my ease. This time all my emails were log jammed and staying in my out box and going out …More everytime I clicked on Send/Receive. It turns out there were thoughsands of them (including some weighty attachments) and I had overrun my GB allocation for emails. Martin sorted me out with his usual courtesy and efficiency and if it is catartic to let your emails go it’s also liberating! So I’m starting afresh today and it feels great (and so much quicker!).
