My experience has long been that Martin gets the problem solved. Why my printer didn’t work is still not clear to me, at least partly it was because a new black ink tank was needed but it’s hard to believe that this could have accounted for the printer’s refusal to scan – Martin may have found something else as well. But the result is the same as always before – he put things right!

→ HP ProOne 440 G9 – All-in-One

As always, Martin went above and beyond, supplied my new computer, transferred data and installed Windows 11 with customary good humour and efficiency. Holding my hand throughout this stressful (to me) process was an added and welcome bonus. Everyone should have a Martin to call on in times of need.

→ Laptop SSD

The laptop SSD failed without warning over a bank holiday. Martin was still able to source a new one and fit it within 3 days, at a reasonable cost. He also loaded Windows 11 and other software. His can-do approach and technical knowledge are amazing. Very pleased with the service, as always.

Once again, Martin carried out a repair that seemed impossible. Another company had told us we’d never get the spare part – well, Martin tracked it down, fitted it, and got the laptop working again. Great work!
