What did we do?
As I am familiar with its layout and use, I was still using Windows livemail, which hasn’t been supported since 2016. To avoid potential problems of using and unsupported email, Martin installed and set up Windows 10 Mail as default, disabling Windows livemail, so it no longer registers new mail but is retained on the computer so old emails can be referenced if required.
Microsoft Office suite was also installed to replace a Student version which was becoming outdated.
It has been a big relief to have this done as, even if I had managed to do this myself unaided, I would have found it imensely stressful and time consuming.

Retrieved HP Solution Centre
My HP Solution Centre recently stopped working after the demise of Flashplayer. I relied heavily on this software as the interface between my two HP printers for scanning, ink settings etc. Amazingly, Martin managed a workaround and I have it back – very happy, thank you Martin!
