Martin is a really smart guy almost a genius. He really knows how to use technology in very practical ways to save business folk time and money. IT support without the BS.

As I am familiar with its layout and use, I was still using Windows livemail, which hasn’t been supported since 2016. To avoid potential problems of using and unsupported email, Martin installed and set up Windows 10 Mail as default, disabling Windows livemail, so it no longer registers new mail but is retained on the computer so old emails can be referenced if required.

Microsoft Office suite was also installed to replace a Student version which was becoming outdated.

It has been a big relief to have this done as, even if I had managed to do this myself unaided, I would have found it imensely stressful and time consuming.

Martin helped me get my new smartphone set up.  I’m not an expert user but he is.  He took me through my needs with patience, knowledge and empathy.  I’d recommend him to anyone.

When I get a new computer I always get Martin to install anti virus software which has always kept us safe.
