I could not get my PC to connect with the Virgin Home Hub having removed the Belkin wifi booster connection. When I rang Martin he was out and about doing other things, but he came by on his way home …More and sorted the problem within the hour. He is just so helpful and reliable even when I can’t explain anything much about the problem – supremely patient! So happiness and peace was restored once more and I could get on with my work. Simply a great service.
