I could not get my PC to connect with the Virgin Home Hub having removed the Belkin wifi booster connection. When I rang Martin he was out and about doing other things, but he came by on his way home and sorted the problem within the hour. He is just so helpful and reliable even when I can’t explain anything much about the problem – supremely patient! :) So happiness and peace was restored once more and I could get on with my work. Simply a great service.

I can’t thank Martin enough for the work he has done on my laptop. I was at a crossroads unable to decide whether to update my current laptop or invest in a new one and following a chat with Martin decided to update to Windows 8. Ever helpful Martin explained everything he was going to do, how it would help and even worked on my laptop over the weekend. It’s now running like a dream and for a fraction of the cost of buying a new one.

I’m always astonished what a wizard Martin is when he performs miracles by remote control, but this time I had the pleasure of watching the sorcerer at work. His magic included bringing a dead laptop to life and in Bristol linking it to my wifi in Norfolk, among many other spells! His charges compared to the amount of time spent are very competitive indeed.

Martin did a fantastic job of fixing my personal laptop, which had developed a worrying whirr! He not only fixed this problem, he also suggested software that could be deleted (because it was unnecessary and slowing the computer down) and recommended some additions. My laptop came back to me problem free, faster, and beautifully clean. It feels like a different computer. Thank you for such a great and speedy service!

Super Star Martin advised us on window 8 during annul health check of our office computers.

We took his advice and advantage of 25 pound offer to upgrade all our computers.

Window 8 being new system, it took time to configure all our office computers to work with each other on network and backing up to drop box and wireless working,printing and the rest.

Now our accounts on quick book are working and backing up well, On whole every thins is working faster then they use to be.

Only problem is we are just a bit slow in learning the working of window 8 to take full advantage, which we hope Martin will help us to get there.
