This may seem feeble-minded to those of you more savvy or indeed patient than me, but I asked Martin to help me get everything synchronised and working when I took recent delivery of a new Nokia Lumia 930 Windows phone. I tried to DIY, but I couldn’t work out why things weren’t linking. Having watched so many other people lose days and weekends trying to achieve this with their various phones, lap-tops and tablet and then spend whole weekends de-duping the mess that followed, I decided investing in Martin’s help was going to save me all that time to get on with the things I’m good at. As ever he was incredibly responsive, calm and helpful. No regrets. I just relaxed!

I could not get my PC to connect with the Virgin Home Hub having removed the Belkin wifi booster connection. When I rang Martin he was out and about doing other things, but he came by on his way home and sorted the problem within the hour. He is just so helpful and reliable even when I can’t explain anything much about the problem – supremely patient! So happiness and peace was restored once more and I could get on with my work. I can’t thank Martin enough for the work he has done on my laptop. I was at a crossroads unable to decide whether to update my current laptop or invest in a new one and following a chat with Martin decided to update to Windows 8. Ever helpful Martin explained everything he was going to do, how it would help and even worked on my laptop over the weekend. It’s now running like a dream and for a fraction of the cost of buying a new one.

I’m always astonished what a wizard Martin is when he performs miracles by remote control, but this time I had the pleasure of watching the sorcerer at work. His magic included bringing a dead laptop to life and in Bristol linking it to my wifi in Norfolk, among many other spells! His charges compared to the amount of time spent are very competitive indeed.

Thank you Martin for recovering my data and family pictures from our crashed hard drive. You also transferred the data to a compact, much smaller hard drive which you supplied.

I was given a quote for £400 to retrieve the data and you were able to do it for us for £75. This was a great saving.
