As we all know the world hates a smart arse BUT there has to be one exception “Martin SA Vines” who has again sorted my computer problems. Without my intenert access my business grinds to a halt. Recover Data, Backup, Email
I first got in touch with Martin at the end of 2009 when my Outlook stopped working. Martin not only got it working but also recovered my data
Since then Martin has kept my laptop working and my data backed up. He always does so in a professional and friendly manner which contrasts with my stressed style when my laptop doesn’t seem to do what i want it to.
Martin recently recommended a laptop and ported all my licenses, applications, data, passwords from old to new. The new laptop is a dream.

As a technophobe pensioner I am almost too embarrassed to contact Martin but he is so great at putting me at my ease. This time all my emails were log jammed and staying in my out box and going out everytime I clicked on Send/Receive. It turns out there were thoughsands of them (including some weighty attachments) and I had overrun my GB allocation for emails. Martin sorted me out with his usual courtesy and efficiency and if it is catartic to let your emails go it’s also liberating! So I’m starting afresh today and it feels great (and so much quicker!). Thanks Martin – I’ll be back, you can bet on it! Just a matter of how long before I do something terrible and irrevocable! Marion
