If there was no Martin I would still be wasting time (days, thanks to the uninvited interference of a Facebook software update) trying to get my Blackberry to synchronise with my Outlook diary. I had spoken to Vodafone (hopeless), been transferred to an incomprehensible technical helpline at RIM and frankly had given up…and then I remembered Martin. I came away with a phone that’s sorted and a calendar that synchronises. Hoorah for Martin! Oh and he patiently put up with my fidgeting and well-meaning-whining whilst persisting quietly in finding the solution. I am very grateful. Good man – use him!

As an elderly technophobe I was very reluctant when my son proposed that my sluggish computer needed to go off to his brilliant computer wizzard in Bristol! However, I’m absolutely delighted with it and everything is SOOO much quicker, that it’s a pleasure to use!
