For the third time in six months Martin has sorted out problems with my pc. On the last occasion he verbally smacked my wrist for attempting to do something beyond my competence; but still only charged me the half hour the job should have needed instead of the full hour he spent correcting my mistakes.
The next time I need something changing I will just ask martin to do it for me

As always Martin did an excellent job in sorting out my email signatures. Not only does it look very professional, but all the links work and I didn’t even have to leave my office to get it sorted.

I first came across Martin at a networking breakfast when he showed me a fantastic new product called The Icy Box. This was a natty little portable USB hard drive which I could store masses of our raw video on for logging and editing. This was a great solution for us, offering security and portability and Martin’s customer service was superb. We had the device delivered quickly, efficiently and at a great price. It was all so good we ordered a second one a few months later. Thanks Martin – it’s a pleasure dealing with you.

Once again excellent service – sorting out my son’s laptop before departing for Calafornia for his last year at University, including stting up, adding Skype (onto my laptop as well)and generally sorting out teething problems. Very patient and helpful. Thanks as usual Martin 🙂

I asked Martin to fix a problem I had with Adobe Flash Player. Not only did he sort out the problem in ‘quick time’ but he also identified a number of other issues slowing my PC down. Wow what a difference in now runs 3 times faster. Fantastic Martin – thank you!
