Thank you for the assistance with my father’s home computer.
He is extremely pleased with how you dealt with upgrading his computer and inserting additional RAM. The fact that you were, in the first instance, able to do this over the internet by taking over his computer meant that he had minimal fuss and bother. Then, when you needed to visit his house in order to insert the new memory and inset the new database system, you arrived exactly when you said you would, spoke in laymans terms to him, and were extremely pleasant and personable. Add to this the fact that your charges were reasonable, and I am extremely grateful to you for your professional service. I will certainly have no hesitation in recommending you again.

Thank you for your assistance with my laptop. Since the addition of extra RAM memory and the service which involved cleaning out many unused or old applications it runs quicker than when I gave it to you, helping me do business efficiently.
