This was a natty little portable USB hard drive which I could store masses of our raw video on for logging and editing. I had been fretting for nearly 18 months about how to synchronise my two laptops and Martin sorted it out in under an hour! In that time he also managed to give me advice about updating security software and copying material onto a CD-R which had also been pushed about my in tray for months. Despite both having the flu one day and being in South Africa the next, Martin called back promptly as promised and then REMOTELY (from South Africa!)installed new antivirus software on all 3 of my computers after I found out suddenly that my old software had lapsed.
