After purchasing a Sony Ericsson W950i I spent hours on the phone with Vodafone customer care and went to various mobile shops for assistance in setting up my email, all with no success. A very patient and comprehensive service in supplying and installing my Icy-Box portable back-up hardrive. I can now chuck those back-up DVD’s out of the window (and will back-up daily rather than once a fortnight!). Regards Steve
